1. The service
Gridmate turns a photo of a tool on an A4 sheet into a 3D-printable, Gridfinity-compatible bin with a tool-shaped pocket. Tracing, editing and the full 3D preview are free. A one-time $6 purchase unlocks STL + 3MF export and Pro features, forever. There is no subscription and nothing recurs.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the bins and files you generate. On the standard flow your photo is processed in your browser and is not uploaded. You grant Gridmate only the limited licence needed to provide the service you requested.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Gridmate to design weapons, contraband replicas, or anything unlawful. We may suspend access for misuse.
4. Payment & refunds
The $6 unlock is a one-time purchase processed by Polar as Merchant of Record, with VAT handled at checkout. A 14-day, no-questions refund applies. Nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel.
5. Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is", with no uptime guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing here removes your rights as an EU consumer.
